What you will do

• Manage end-to-end venue sourcing including supplier research, RFP issuance, and proposal evaluation.
• Utilize Cvent Supplier Network to identify venues and manage bid processes.
• Review, negotiate, and execute supplier agreements focusing on pricing, concessions, and cancellation policies.
• Analyze supplier proposals and conduct financial assessments to provide recommendations.
• Partner with internal procurement, legal, and risk teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and support vendor performance management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate meeting planning, venue sourcing, or hotel sales.
• Hands-on experience negotiating event supplier agreements and contracts.
• Proficiency with Cvent Supplier Network or equivalent sourcing technology.
• Strong knowledge of hotel industry commercial terms including attrition and cancellation clauses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
