What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical setup, logistics, and creative facilitation for writing camps and studio activations.
• Serve as the primary educator, providing live demos and hands-on guidance to help artists integrate AI tools into their workflows.
• Demonstrate how AI augments music-making processes to accelerate ideation and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to beta test features and communicate artist feedback.
• Synthesize artist feedback and technical discoveries into actionable product insights.
• Support the Director of Artist Partnerships in refining activation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies bridging creative and technical domains.
• Expert-level knowledge of music production, studio operations, and recording techniques.
• Strong track record of building relationships with artists, producers, and industry professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts for creative audiences.
• Background as a musician, producer, or artist.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and able to work 5 days per week in the New York office.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for camps and industry events.
