Property Manager

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC. This position is 100% in-office.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and ensure client objectives are met.
• Manage team responses to tenant needs and ensure building technical staff resolve issues promptly.
• Direct the preparation of monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration, including review and approval of lease set-ups and changes.
• Manage procurement activities, bid analysis, and vendor contract compliance.
• Lead and supervise the property team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 3-5 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial property management.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with property management software like Yardi or MRI.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Ability to work 100% in-office in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• CPM or RPA professional designation.
• Experience with Kardin, AP, and CMMS software.
