What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for patients.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to program policies and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Must hold an active CADC-I, CADC, or LCAS certification.
• Must be registered with the NCASPPB.
• Ability to work on-site in Elizabeth City, NC.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills for handling sensitive patient information.
