Salary: $117,000–$142,000

What you will do

• Partner with site manufacturing leadership to align HR strategy with operational goals.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for regulatory agencies like EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Facilitate training programs and lead change management efforts for site improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be a US Person (ITAR compliance required).
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compensation practices.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to operational leadership.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
