What you will do

• Develop and execute local people strategies aligned with business objectives and global initiatives across the US and Mexico.
• Lead all core HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
• Drive organizational culture by embedding accountability, ownership, and collaboration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function to ensure full compliance with regulations and a culture of safety.
• Partner with the General Manager and senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience leading Human Resources functions within a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting organizations across multiple states or international jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, manage change, and build high-performing teams.

• Advanced education or professional HR certifications.
• Spanish language proficiency.
