What you will do

• Partner with commercial leadership to translate business strategies into actionable people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design initiatives for sales and marketing teams.
• Drive organizational change, culture initiatives, and team effectiveness for commercial operations.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders and frontline managers on performance and development.
• Manage complex employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with internal protocols.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to align compensation and incentive programs with sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven experience supporting sales and commercial leadership teams, preferably in energy or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of sales compensation structures and performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
