What you will do

• Develop automated solutions connecting upstream data sources to end-user platforms using available APIs.
• Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to solve operational problems, improve workflows, and support scalable business solutions.
• Provide stakeholders with data analytics and risk reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and automate inefficient manual processes to mitigate operational risk and increase resource capacity.
• Lead BI programs for various stakeholders and mentor embedded specialists to ensure governance standards are met.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure AI-enabled and low-code solutions align with the firm's technology architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience in a data-focused role within financial companies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and/or Analytics.
• Proficiency in BI platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview, or Power BI.
• Developer skills including SQL, Python, R, and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
