What you will do

• Prepare and organize accurate closing documents for various loan types including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Review loan files to ensure compliance with TRID, Fair Lending, Reg B, and other federal or state requirements.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, processing, and underwriting teams to resolve closing issues.
• Prepare accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, and prepaid interest.
• Validate fees on Final Closing Disclosures and balance wires with escrow/title agents.
• Manage a closing pipeline and provide funding authorization upon review of executed documents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work Pacific Standard Time hours.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, RESPA, TILA, and state laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software is preferred.
• Ability to maintain strict deadlines for purchase and refinance loan files.
