What you will do

• Own HR partnership for an assigned client group, building strong relationships with leaders to understand strategic priorities.
• Support talent planning, performance management, and organizational structure decisions.
• Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and leader alignment.
• Diagnose people issues, identify root causes, and develop practical, business-informed solutions.
• Measure the impact of people strategies using data and metrics to improve decision-making.
• Provide coaching to leaders on talent development, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience with at least 3-4 years specifically in an HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated experience operating in fast-paced, complex business environments.
• Proven track record in organizational change, talent management, and performance management.
• Strong ability to diagnose people issues and recommend business-informed solutions.
• Comfort with data and metrics to measure and communicate impact.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners like Talent Acquisition, Legal, and People Ops.
