• Partner with leadership on organizational design, leveling, and defining clear career pathways.
• Build talent development pipelines, including content and assessments for professional growth.
• Develop and facilitate first-time manager programs to cultivate effective coaching skills.
• Design early career and apprenticeship pipelines to grow internal talent.
• Create evidence-based performance frameworks for elite individual contributors.
• Own and optimize the company-wide onboarding curriculum to accelerate new hire performance.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, or organizational development.
• Proven track record of building and shipping talent programs like leveling frameworks or performance cycles.
• Exceptional writing skills for creating curricula, guides, and communications.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for hosting orientations and training sessions.
• Academic mindset with the ability to research and apply rigorous organizational psychology principles.
• Must be based in the US to support remote operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a relevant consulting practice (Human Capital, Organizational Performance, or HR Transformation).
• Background in organizational psychology or sociology.
• Prior experience in a high-growth technology company.
