What you will do
- Develop and implement HR strategies supporting workforce planning, leadership development, and business growth.
- Partner with Area Leaders to identify talent needs, address gaps, and optimize organizational structures.
- Manage complex employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management processes.
- Lead HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural assimilation and policy alignment.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and leadership coaching.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting operational leaders in a multi-state environment.
- Strong working knowledge of California employment law, wage and hour regulations, and leave laws.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and M&A integration initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
