Area HR Leader

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA, with up to 25% travel required for onsite support and integration activities.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies supporting workforce planning, leadership development, and business growth.
• Partner with Area Leaders to identify talent needs, address gaps, and optimize organizational structures.
• Manage complex employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management processes.
• Lead HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural assimilation and policy alignment.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and leadership coaching.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting operational leaders in a multi-state environment.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law, wage and hour regulations, and leave laws.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and M&A integration initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
