Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid in San Francisco (3 days/week), Remote in NYC, Seattle, or other US locations.

Salary: $122,400 – $190,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own the provider-facing product surface, defining the tooling and workflows used to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop ambient clinical intelligence tools to automate note-taking and clinical documentation.
• Build intelligent agentic scheduling and matching logic to optimize provider-patient fit.
• Define requirements for smart EHR interfaces and extract clinical insights from external partner systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and clinical standards are met.
• Track success metrics related to provider tooling readiness and interoperability.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of PM experience in health-tech, specifically in provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Technical proficiency in discussing model latency, data pipeline architecture, and AI integration trade-offs.
• Fluency in AI/ML and LLMs within clinical environments, including human-in-the-loop constraints.
• Ability to prototype and "vibe-check" features using Figma, Replit, or low-code tools.
• Experience navigating the gap between clinical risk/compliance guardrails and engineering speed.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital/behavioral health or care navigation platforms.
• Familiarity with EAP clinical protocols.
• Prior experience with provider marketplaces or referral network products.
• Exposure to clinical interoperability standards like FHIR or HL7.
