What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for a portfolio of AI-native healthcare RCM products.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept through launch and scale.
• Partner with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Software Engineering to operationalize emerging technologies.
• Drive product investment decisions based on customer value, business impact, and strategic differentiation.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Clinical departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
• 8+ years leading product strategy for enterprise software products.
• 1+ year supporting AI-enabled, analytics, or intelligent workflow products.
• 2+ years leading Product Managers and product teams.
• Experience with EHRs, practice management systems, or revenue cycle domains.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
