Location: Remote or Hybrid (Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices) with required travel for in-office events, onboarding, and team meetings; Hybrid roles require residing within commutable distance to the office.

Salary: CAD $154,000 - $172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Define and drive long-term strategy for unified health data platform across clinical, operational, and product use cases.
• Collaborate on architecture for ingesting/processing billions of patient data points from EHRs, claims, labs, devices, and APIs.
• Lead initiatives to improve data completeness, lineage, governance, and quality.
• Partner with product teams to define data models for AI/ML pipelines and downstream applications.
• Evaluate/adopt technologies for data ingestion, streaming, ETL/ELT, data lakehouse, and distributed compute.
• Influence infrastructure for resiliency, observability, cost efficiency; align with clinicians, data scientists, and compliance.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years product management, 5+ years on health data platforms or clinical data systems.
• 3+ years with data pipelines for AI, including enrichment and data science use (MCP servers with agents).
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data formats, ontologies, regulations; experience with Health Plans, EHRs, long-term/post-acute providers.
• Technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, cloud architectures, distributed systems; data governance/catalogs/stewardship.
• Experience with clinical teams and healthcare workflows; technical degree (CS, Health Informatics, etc.) preferred.

• Systems thinking connecting clinical data, platform architecture, AI/analytics.
