What you will do

• Manage enterprise-wide deployment timelines for AI-driven care gap and coding automation solutions.
• Perform hands-on EHR integration, configuration, and build activities at client sites.
• Translate field implementation insights into product strategy and feature design.
• Develop and maintain technical implementation playbooks, deployment artifacts, and validation scripts.
• Collaborate with client IT, informatics, and analyst teams to ensure successful technical delivery.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new features prior to client release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, implementation, or product operations within healthcare or digital health.
• Strong technical proficiency including SQL and the ability to interpret technical logic.
• Experience with EHR integration (Epic, Cerner, or similar) is highly preferred.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles across internal and external teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Epic certifications or deep experience with Epic integrations.
• Experience with FHIR and HL7 integration standards.
• Domain knowledge of care coordination, coding workflows, and related metrics.
• Background in product design, feature scoping, or product testing.
