Salary: $248,400 – $345,000 USD (based on region)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and build a risk registry for the platform.
• Design and implement proactive detection systems for fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Define and streamline enforcement workflows, including account suspensions and remediation processes.
• Partner with Legal to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business controls.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to manage platform integrity at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to integrate compliance-by-design architecture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, or Compliance Operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of bad actor tactics, evasion techniques, and abuse pattern identification.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as DSA, OFAC, FTC, and FDA.
• Strong technical or product background with the ability to drive tooling and detection strategy decisions.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity near Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech or two-sided network platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven detection and automation processes.
• Background in leading through regulatory inquiries or audits.
