What you will do

• Lead curation and booking for shows, sourcing high-quality, diverse artists and unique venues.
• Develop and execute local event strategies, including show frequency, neighborhood targeting, and growth plans.
• Drive local promotion and ticket sales using social media, community relationships, and grassroots tactics.
• Manage staffing and ensure high-quality guest and artist experiences at every event.
• Oversee financial performance to ensure events remain profitable and healthy.
• Collaborate with global producers and brand partners to execute high-quality event activations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in live event curation, production, or promotions.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to promote events and grow an audience from scratch.
• Existing network of local artists, venues, and community connectors.
• Experience in selling event sponsorships or marketing activations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
