What you will do

• Identify and recruit C-level executives as event speakers via phone and email.
• Develop event content from scratch, researching innovative ideas and trends in Commercial Real Estate.
• Collaborate with sales departments to align event content with sponsorship goals.
• Manage speaker relations and communication from initial outreach to day-of execution.
• Lead pre- and post-event meetings to provide direction, guidance, and feedback.
• Oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of knowledge/experience in Data Centers.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to build relationships within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for handling time-sensitive deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel monthly.
