What you will do

• Build and maintain a continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent for current and future needs.
• Conduct extensive market mapping to identify target companies and top engineering profiles.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates for competitive roles.
• Lead high-volume candidate outreach and communicate the company mission with authenticity.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record of building engineering pipelines.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking response and conversion rates.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage large pipelines across multiple roles.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
