What you will do

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the proposal process from RFP inception to contract award.
• Interface with procurement, estimating, pricing, and contracts teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.
• Coordinate FAR 12 commercial and price reasonableness assist audits with the US Government.
• Facilitate fact-finding, audits, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile and affordable supply chain solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with FAR and TINA regulations.
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of regulatory and business practices for subcontracting.
• Strong business and process acumen with effective communication skills.
• Project management certification or extensive experience.
