What you will do

• Ensure material availability and supplier delivery performance to support uninterrupted production.
• Develop and implement supplier performance management processes, including scorecards and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to align supply chain activities with production demand.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Drive procurement KPIs, including supplier on-time delivery and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Proven experience managing procurement or buying teams
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing industry
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and commercial negotiations
• Experience working in a global environment
• Excellent communication skills
