Technical Product Specialist (Platform & Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Review and prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, tenders, compliance matrices, and requirement tables.
• Create technical narratives, high-level architecture diagrams, bills of materials, and infrastructure proposals.
• Draft and maintain technical product materials, datasheets, implementation guides, and internal content libraries.
• Coordinate technical contributions from partners and resellers for joint proposals and enablement activities.
• Provide structured field feedback to R&D on platform architecture, infrastructure trends, and product fit.
• Track technology stacks, versions, licensing implications, open-source alternatives, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, technical pre-sales, or platform documentation.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software architecture, open-source stacks, and enterprise environments.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, product documentation, and technical marketing materials.
• Knowledge of architecture diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Draw.io, plus bill-of-materials creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Working knowledge of non-functional requirements and their impact on product design and deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software deployments, particularly ERP, PFM, or GovTech systems.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with software licensing models, open-source licenses, and versioning considerations.
• Experience working with distributed teams, partners, resellers, or bid preparation processes.
