Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do
- Identify, scope, and drive large-scale AI initiatives and strategic bets to transform claims handling across the Nordics.
- Design and deploy agile, low-code solutions and local agents to optimize daily workflows.
- Collaborate with business units, data science teams, and IT to move AI concepts from ideation to production.
- Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure responsible, secure, and governed AI implementation.
- Support and upskill local teams to ensure new AI tools are effectively adopted in daily operations.
Requirements
- Academic degree in business, technology, data/AI, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in AI strategy and adoption.
- Proven track record in project leadership and driving cross-functional transformation.
- Technical ability to engage with data scientists and architects and build low-code agents without writing raw code.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise automation suites.
- Deep understanding of agentic architecture and multi-step process automation.
