What you will do

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Delivery Managers to implement a global CDD solution.
• Consolidate existing CDD solutions into a single unified platform to achieve cost efficiency.
• Identify and remediate regulatory compliance gaps within current customer due diligence journeys.
• Design streamlined CDD processes to enhance business enablement and operational efficiency.
• Report progress on Area and Compliance KPIs to senior stakeholders and ensure solution reliability.

• Extensive industry knowledge in CDD technology and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to bridge first-line CDD requirements, compliance needs, and technical implementation.
• Experience navigating complex corporate landscapes and multi-layered IT infrastructures.
