Senior Product Owner (Software)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Flexible hybrid working model.

What you will do

• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Define product vision, goals, scope, and priorities for development teams.
• Gather, refine, and communicate requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, and Scrum Masters to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and remove delivery impediments.
• Drive improvements in Agile ways of working, product processes, and requirements management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
• Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of building, operating, and maintaining large-scale software services.
• Experience enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
