What you will do

• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Define the product vision, goals, and scope for cross-functional development teams.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and refine detailed requirements.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams in a complex technical environment.
• Drive improvements in Agile methodologies and requirement management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
• Proven experience working within high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of building and maintaining large-scale software services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and software delivery principles.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
