What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for the Enterprise team, focusing on application lifecycle management (ALM) and developer tools.
• Define environment separation and promotion paths for moving workflows from development to production.
• Develop capabilities for workflow version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
• Implement Git-based source control workflows to align hirify.global with modern software development practices.
• Build observability tools for workflow performance, usage, and reliability across various environments.
• Design systems for managing enterprise-grade external secrets, variables, and configuration.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, and operate software in production.
• Hands-on experience with Git, branching, versioning, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, secrets management, and access control patterns.
• Technical proficiency in SQL or coding to partner effectively with engineers on architecture discussions.
• Must have existing right to work in the listed European countries or be eligible for German visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability products, monitoring, and operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with remote-first work environments and cross-timezone collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial or early-stage startup experience.
