What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy, refining direction based on continuous learning and outcomes.

• Partner with Design and Engineering to define problems, validate assumptions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and track outcome-based metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software product management.
• Proven track record of leading outcome-driven product development at scale.
• Strong product judgment and experience working with empowered, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools, data analytics platforms, and agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks or enterprise product management.
