• Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for the machine shop value stream.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational productivity and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and waste elimination.
• Coach and develop leaders and employees to build a high-performing team.
• Manage resources, budgets, staffing plans, and capital investments.
• Oversee capacity planning and workflow to meet production schedules and customer commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or business discipline.
• 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or a technical environment.
• 7 years of direct supervision/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of machine shop operations, machining processes, and manufacturing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
