Location: Hybrid (Kinston, North Carolina, USA)
Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops.
- Conduct manufacturing assessments and perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, production processes, and work standards to improve plant layouts and material flow.
- Define and analyze operational KPIs to drive improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Train, coach, and mentor teams on Lean principles to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Industrial Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Lean Manufacturing certification is required.
- Strong expertise in VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SMED.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- French language skills.
