What you will do

  • Drive territorial sales performance to meet or exceed budgeted goals and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare quotations and win tenders and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Promote dialysis products via educational initiatives, product demonstrations, and on-site support.
  • Utilize CRM tools for territory analysis, sales tracking, and competitor intelligence reporting.
  • Manage product complaints and pharmacovigilance processes in accordance with SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of medical devices surgical sales experience.
  • Experience with Dialysis or Renal products is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in various selling techniques for business and product promotion.
