Location: Must be based in the United States (Full-time remote role with preference for proximity to major hirify.global facilities).

Salary: $128,400 – $255,990 (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Design and develop complex SAP MDG-based applications and systems tailored to organizational requirements.
• Lead end-to-end MDG implementations, including custom data model design, UI modeling, and governance configuration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver effective business solutions.
• Maintain custom RICEFW objects, leveraging MDG-specific BADIs, BRF+, and replication techniques.
• Provide expert-level production support and troubleshoot complex issues across SAP ERP and integrated systems.
• Ensure all solutions comply with internal data governance policies, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required for this role.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple MDG implementations, including custom solutions.
• Strong background in SAP ERP architecture, data governance, and business process transformation.
• Hands-on experience with data replication (DRF/DIF), workflow configuration, and data modeling.
• Skilled ABAP developer with expertise in Object-Oriented programming, ABAP on HANA, and Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Experience with ETL processes utilizing SAP BODS and Information Stewards.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in HANA Stored Procedures and complex SQL logic.
• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, Fiori, and Web Dynpro ABAP.
• Knowledge of integration technologies including REST API, SOAP, OData, IDOC, RFC, and XML/JSON.
• Expertise in SAP modules such as MM, FI, CO, SD, HCM, and PP.
