Salary: $90,000–$135,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor LN ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and manufacturing systems.
• Manage ERP user access, security roles, and disaster recovery testing.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement application enhancements and process improvements.
• Plan and execute application deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes using ITIL change management processes.
• Support audit, compliance, and user access review activities.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Application Analysts while balancing operational support and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or mentoring small teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL service-management best practices.
• Experience supporting audits, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in application support or ERP administration.
• Experience supporting Infor LN or SAP.
• Experience with Nintex K2, SSRS, or IIS.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
