Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or Hybrid in Blacksburg, VA). Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Salary: $90,000–$135,000 Annually

What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor LN ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and manufacturing systems.
- Manage ERP user access, security roles, and disaster recovery testing.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement application enhancements and process improvements.
- Plan and execute application deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes using ITIL change management processes.
- Support audit, compliance, and user access review activities.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Application Analysts while balancing operational support and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading projects or mentoring small teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL service-management best practices.
- Experience supporting audits, access governance, and compliance requirements.
- Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in application support or ERP administration.
- Experience supporting Infor LN or SAP.
- Experience with Nintex K2, SSRS, or IIS.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
