What you will do

• Manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes, including account administration and platform governance.
• Implement security and connectivity solutions using IAS/IPS, OAuth, SAML, and Cloud Connector.
• Perform impact analysis, build and test system changes, and optimize platform performance.
• Identify and resolve application issues for end-users and cross-functional application teams.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system delivery with business needs.
• Provide mentorship to peers and lead internal process design for continuous IT improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 12 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an analyst or project delivery role.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Madison, WI (up to 4 days per week).
• Experience with SAP BTP Administration, including global accounts, subaccounts, and service lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of BTP security concepts and integration with corporate identity providers.
• Ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring business systems software within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry or Kyma environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes and general cloud fundamentals (IaaS/PaaS).
