What you will do

• Lead SAP technical design and development while mentoring a team of SAP developers.
• Manage the SAP development intake process, triaging and prioritizing requests based on business value and technical complexity.
• Coordinate day-to-day priorities and lead project delivery for software projects of medium complexity.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, gap analyses, process flow charts, and decision tables.
• Collaborate with functional, architectural, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot system problems and provide dedicated support to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role involving systems development or technical project management.
• 2+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in a relevant SAP area.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI, up to four days per week.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of strong Core SAP ABAP programming (OO ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, Adobe Forms) in a regulated industry.
• Experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS views, and SQL performance tuning.
• Proficiency with SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, CAP/RAP) and Integration Suite (CPI).
• Experience with RISE deployment model, clean core principles, and Fiori development.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message queues, and OData services.
