Salary: $91,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Design, configure, and upgrade SAP applications to meet business requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues impacting application performance and cross-team workflows.
• Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and manage system documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide production support and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned SAP environments.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI up to 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application analysis or project delivery roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a complex, cross-functional matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT documentation practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in life science or healthcare industries.
• Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Solutions, Fiori, and Sailpoint.
• Knowledge of SAP Security architecture and SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager and continuous monitoring tools.
