What you will do

• Direct and coordinate maintenance staff for mechanical and electrical repair of equipment to support plant performance.
• Plan preventative maintenance programs and schedule machine overhauls in coordination with operating activities.
• Supervise the maintenance department, including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, and training.
• Manage the annual department budget and oversee the Facility Maintenance department.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure rapid resolution of equipment problems.
• Develop and oversee various capital and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in machine maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in De Soto, KS, USA.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMC, Bobst, and Man Roland equipment.
