Team Leader - Facilities

TL;DR

Team Leader - Facilities (Facilities Management): Leading and coordinating daily facility operations and custodial services for manufacturing sites with an accent on staff coaching, process implementation, and operational efficiency. Focus on utilizing Lean and 6S methodologies to eliminate waste and solving complex facility maintenance issues through root cause analysis.

Location: Onsite in Brillion, WI. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

What you will do

• Lead daily department operations and coordinate custodial activities across facilities on 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Manage purchasing, invoicing, and vendor coordination for waste removal services.
• Coach and train staff, implementing standard work practices and custodial procedures.
• Generate and oversee TPM/PM work orders for buildings and grounds.
• Apply root cause problem-solving techniques to address issues impacting departmental goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and spreadsheet maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Lean and 6S principles.
• Effective communication and training skills.

Nice to have

• Past leadership experience.
• Additional education in lean, leadership, or manufacturing.
