What you will do

• Own the overall performance and accountability of maintenance operations across the assigned housing portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with property management companies, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and work orders to ensure "Resident Ready" priorities are completed efficiently.
• Monitor response times and service quality to drive accountability for established service levels.
• Conduct regular site visits to review performance, verify quality of work, and identify operational gaps.
• Coordinate vendor communications and oversee third-party service providers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in skilled labor, facilities, or maintenance operations management within property management or hospitality.
• CFC Universal certification is required.
• Valid, unrevoked driver's license for daily travel between properties (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to work rotational on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate maintenance operations and influence teams without direct authority.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
