What you will do

• Lead and mentor maintenance and reliability teams with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
• Implement predictive maintenance tools and reliability-centered processes to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and mill services.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure maintainability and reliability are integrated into new equipment designs.
• Manage maintenance activities for HVAC, roll shop, forklifts, cranes, and air compressors.
• Identify waste and drive cost-reduction initiatives through precision maintenance practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance and reliability leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including operations and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with predictive maintenance tools and equipment monitoring.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Texarkana, TX.
