What you will do

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global recruiting team across multiple countries.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent communities to reduce reliance on inbound applicants.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and hiring strategies.
• Own recruiting metrics and analytics to drive performance insights and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen the employer brand and represent the company at industry events and career fairs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading recruiters across multiple countries or business functions.
• Strong partnership experience with executives and business leaders.
• Proficiency in using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing ATS, HRIS, and other talent acquisition tools.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and compensation benchmarking across international markets.
