What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Own employer brand presence and execute initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the company careers page.
  • Design and continuously improve the pre-boarding and onboarding experience, including the 30/60/90-day framework.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for EOR provider relationships and maintain contractor compliance globally.
  • Administer HRIS and ATS data integrity and build people analytics dashboards for leadership.
  • Partner with legal counsel on employment documentation, offer letters, and confidentiality agreements.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in broader HR operations beyond pure recruiting.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms, HR reporting, and recruiting analytics.
  • Ability to own multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving, scaling global organization.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
