What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to cloud platforms, specifically focusing on Salesforce.
• Convert unstructured, document-heavy data into analytics-ready formats using Document AI.
• Implement rigorous data quality processes, including cleansing, deduplication, and reconciliation.
• Design, build, and maintain MuleSoft integrations and APIs for real-time and batch data exchange.
• Contribute to Salesforce Data 360 implementation, handling data harmonization and identity resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements regarding PII.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, migration, or integration roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce data migrations and relational dataset management.
• 2+ years of experience implementing data quality and validation processes during migrations.

Nice to have

• Current Public Trust or active Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DHS or other US federal agencies.
• Proficiency with Informatica (PowerCenter, IICS) for ETL/ELT development.
• Expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and DataWeave.
• Experience with Salesforce Document AI and Data Cloud (Data 360).
