What you will do

• Define and champion a specification-first approach to AI development, including acceptance criteria and evaluation metrics.
• Own the end-to-end AI feature lifecycle from prototyping and development to production monitoring and drift detection.
• Build production-grade LLM and agentic applications using Spring AI, including RAG pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Architect and operate AWS AI infrastructure, including Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, and SageMaker.
• Design scalable microservices and distributed systems using Java, TypeScript, and Python.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads with automated testing and observability practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java, TypeScript, and Python.
• Deep expertise in spec-driven AI SDLC and authoring AI feature specifications.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI infrastructure (Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, SageMaker).
• Proven experience building production applications with Spring AI and LLM application patterns.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
