Salary: $95,640 – $181,940 USD

What you will do

• Design and enhance software tools and automation solutions for engineering workflows in advanced packaging.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve tool capability, decision support, and workflow efficiency.
• Build and integrate hirify.globalligent features, including data-driven automation and predictive capabilities.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop production-quality code and evaluate new AI/ML frameworks to drive engineering productivity.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience designing and maintaining scalable AI/ML production systems.
• Strong programming skills in C++ (preferred), Python, or C#.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, or cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with EDA tools and large-scale data pipelines (Spark, Databricks, Kafka).
