HR Business Partner Director (Software): Shaping the employee experience and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams for Engineering and Product executives with an accent on organizational transformation and strategic HR partnership. Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, CA) — must work from the office 3 times a week
Salary: $190,000 – $245,000

What you will do
- Partner with senior Engineering and Product leadership to translate global business needs into effective HR strategies.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including org design, team health, and company-wide transformations.
- Implement talent management and development programs to ensure optimal role alignment and talent retention.
- Serve as the primary advisor for employee relations, providing conflict resolution and professional guidance for technical teams.
- Collaborate with People Ops to design and launch global programs for performance management and compensation planning.
- Mentor and coach other HR professionals to continuously improve the company's strategic HR approach.
Requirements
- 12+ years of total HR experience, with 7+ years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role.
- Proven track record supporting technology companies with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain resilient in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and tracking the success of HR programs.
- Proficiency with modern HR tools such as Rippling (HRIS/ATS/EOR), Culture Amp, Awardco, or Ramp.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View office 3 days per week.
