What you will do

• Implement overall HR strategies for Fulfillment HR Operations to drive a high-performing and engaged culture.
• Develop long-term visions for talent initiatives that improve business effectiveness and achieve strategic goals.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to maintain a motivated and impactful team.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to create scalable people programs, including leadership development and diversity planning.
• Execute long-range growth planning regarding workforce engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring and development needs against strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-change environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and appropriate HR certifications.
• Demonstrable ability to influence senior leaders and lead organizational change.
• Proven success in aligning people strategy with business goals and organizational growth.
• Experience delivering high-impact programs for performance management and employee retention.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Seattle, WA offices.
