Security Programs Senior TPM (Enterprise Security & IAM)

Location: Must be based in Livingston (NJ), New York (NY), Sunnyvale (CA), or Bellevue (WA). Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) due to export control compliance.

Salary: $157,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise security and IAM initiatives, including identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing security and identity-related risks.
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, and product teams to align on identity and access priorities.
• Implement scalable processes such as joiner/mover/leaver workflows and least-privilege reviews.
• Strategically automate day-to-day identity operations, processes, and reporting.
• Facilitate technical discussions on identity, privacy, and compliance to align with long-term goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience with a focus on IAM or enterprise security.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large-scale IAM initiatives (SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM) and Zero Trust architecture.
• Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.
• Proficiency in program management tools like Jira and Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IGA, entitlement management, secrets management, and workload identity.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience partnering with platform teams to deliver identity infrastructure at scale.
