Program Manager, Enterprise AI Literacy & Enablement (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. The role requires approximately 20% travel and is relocation eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise AI literacy roadmap, including role-based curricula, proficiency tiers, milestones, and quarterly execution plans.
• Define KPI frameworks tracking AI adoption, proficiency, time savings, productivity impact, confidence, and sentiment.
• Design and facilitate hands-on AI workshops for people managers and executives using tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Recruit, enable, and manage an AI Champion Network across business units.
• Lead change management by identifying adoption barriers and developing mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance on responsible-AI requirements and align programs with business performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or change management experience in a large, complex enterprise.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, senior stakeholders, timelines, scope, and competing priorities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and present to senior executives.
• Experience designing and facilitating executive-level learning experiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot, preferably including training others.
• Ability to work with responsible-AI, Legal, Compliance, or Data Governance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience building or scaling ambassador, champion, or peer-network programs across multiple business units.
• Exposure to AI or digital transformation learning content and governance frameworks.
