Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Oversee classified technical programs and ensure alignment with mission objectives and government requirements.
• Manage program timelines, staffing, budgets, resources, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to address technical program needs.
• Act as the liaison between engineering teams and government clients, translating technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Present technical and programmatic briefings to senior government officials and support mission impact.
• Identify classified-domain growth opportunities and lead proposal generation and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs or client engagements.
• Experience managing program budgets, resources, schedules, processes, and compliance with government standards.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to senior government stakeholders.
• Proven experience capturing Government R&D contracts or programs and familiarity with DoD/IC procurement and contracting processes.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain required. Employment practices include E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded systems, mobile systems, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, secure architecture, or penetration testing.
• Experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, or CNO tool development.
• Experience leading rapid-prototype teams and developing scalable architectures.
• Previous experience as a Principal Investigator on advanced technology R&D projects for government clients.
